I have been having a blogger rut lately. Not knowing what to write or even wanting to write has been what I have been feeling lately. I do want to thank those very few who brighten up my day and give me feedback. It means the world to me and makes me even more proud that I have this blog up and running. At the moment I have 62 followers, not sure why that number does not show up on my page, but non the less I am very appreciative for my supporters. You really do mean the world to me.
Now any of you who hate to clean a pan after scrambled eggs as I do I think you will love this. Make scrambled eggs as you normally would. I used a tad bit of milk and cheese for this batch. I then used Pam inside a cupcake pan and filled it with the scrambled egg batter. I baked at 375 for about 8 mins and then came out the cutest little cupcake looking egg creation.
It was fast and easy to make and clean up was a breeze. I am never making regular scrambled eggs again. The 2nd time I made this I added bell peppers and mushrooms so it was kind of like a omelet. I am a huge fan on Pintrest.com and this is where I found the idea from.
